With a mission to lay the foundation of mankind, Good Shepherd’s School was inaugurated on December 25, 2001 by the then chairman of Education Committee of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Shri Bhalchandra Koli.
Its foundation stone was set by Mr. Prakash Powar and Mrs. Lata Prakash Powar, co-founders of Gayatri Trust, with an aim to ensure that no child is deprived of education.
Located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, it is a cosmopolitan co-education institute. The courses of studies extend from the Pre-primary stage (Nursery) to Standard X under the Maharashtra State Board of Education (SSC) with English medium of education.
Along, with the core education subjects, we provide ample opportunity for co-curricular activities and organize several events for overall development of our students. With a true spirit of unity in diversity, we celebrate all major festivals in our school.
